Onion Soup Pork Chops Ingredients
  • 2 pork chops
  • 1 ounce dry onion soup mix
  • 6 ounces uncooked wild rice
  • 3 cups water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, combine the onion soup mix, wild rice and water. Place the pork chops on top of the rice mixture.

  3. Cover and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until internal pork temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
