  5. For the sauce, whisk together 1/2 cup of coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and tapioca starch in a saucepan. Heat this mixture until it reaches a boil, stirring it until it becomes slightly thicker.
  6. To serve, spoon the coconut rice onto a dish and neatly place mango slices on top. Drizzle the prepared sauce over both the mangos and rice.
  7. Finish by scattering sesame seeds over the dish.
